Reuniting family bail fund Storytelling CONEST
NOTL is our year-long creative storytelling contest that broadens our knowledge about powerful people of color beyond the list of notable Blacks often given out in our schools during Black History Month. If your essay submission is selected to be aired on an episode of our live bi-weekly podcast Purely Speculation, you will receive a ‘Swag Bag’ that includes a $100 Visa gift card, a NOTL t-shirt and notebook. All submissions will be posted and searchable here on our website.
Your two options to submit will be:
1) (preferred) Video – a video of you reading/presenting your story (landscape preferred)
2) Written – your submitted story will be read by our host if its selected
All Middle & High School aged students are eligible to submit a video or written story.
